Our Team JOAN BOYD Joan Boyd helps companies improve their bottom line performance. For over a decade, she has developed and applied retail and merchandise planning strategies for some of the most progressive businesses in the fashion industry. For her employers and clients, Ms. Boyd has delivered planning initiatives that improve top-line sales growth and gross margin positions while reducing costly over-ownership exposure. Ms. Boyd started her planning career when the practice was still in its infancy. In the early 1990’s, as one of three planners at Tommy Hilfiger, she helped to develop analytical tools and strategies that would later become industry standards. From Tommy she went on to establish and run planning departments for various other brands. More recently, she has served the industry as an independent consultant, providing planning and related services to companies in fashion, mass-market sporting goods, private equity and jewelry. She currently splits her time between New York City and Maine. | |
HOCHIN CHUNG Hochin’s most recent position was as Vice President for Anne Klein. She started in Macy's Executive Training Program in 1991 and held many positions in her 7 years at Federated. Hochin started as a Sales Manager was promoted to Assistant Buyer, Associated Planner and then Planner in the head office. Hochin left Federated in 1998 to work for Garan Inc. where she worked in the operations area in implementing the Vendor Managed system to better manage the core replenishment system with Sears. She left Garan in 1999 to head the core and basic replenishment business at Tommy Hilfiger Children's as Senior Director. TERRI LICOPOLI Terri Licopoli is a seasoned planner with experience on both the retail and the wholesale side of the fashion business. She began her planning career in the Executive Training Program at Target Corporation in 1997. Read more... MICHELE ROQUE Michele Roque’s 15 year career has been spent in both the retail and wholesale side of the garment industry. She has worked as a buyer for high-end retailers in many different merchandise classifications including accessories, lingerie and ready-to-wear. Read more...
